| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى معالجة موضوع أثر الابداع الاداري على تحسين أداء العاملين حيث حاولنا من خلال هذه الد را سة الإجابة على إشكالية البحث المتمثلة في مدى تأثير الإبداع الإداري على تحسين اداء العاملين .)α ≤ في المركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بو الصوف ميلة عند مستوى معنوية) 0.05 ومن أجل ذلك قمنا بتطوير استبانة للقياس ثم توزيعها على عاملي المركز الجامعي ) 06 ( عامل. و لتحليل وقد خلصت الد ا رسة الى )SPSS V النتائج اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و باستخدام برنامج ) 25 وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للإبداع الاداري بمختلف ابعاده )الطلاقة الفكرية، المرونة الذهنية، الاصالة، الحساسية للمشكلات، قبول المخاطرة( على أداء العاملين بالمركز الجامعي لميلة، عند مستوى معنوية وعليه نوصي بضرورة إيضاح مفهوم الابداع الإداري للعمال الإداريين بالمركز الجامعي من .)α ≤ 0.05( خلال توفير المناخ المناسب لهم و الاهتمام بقد ا رتهم الإبداعية والاستجابة السريعة لمتطلباتهم وذلك لدفعهم للابداع اكثر |
| Description: | This study aims to address the issue of the impact of administrative creativity on improving the performance of workers, as we tried through this study to answer the research problem represented in the extent of the impact of administrative creativity on improving the performance of workers in the University Center Abdul Hafeez Bu Al-Souf Mila at the level of morality )α ≤ 0.05). For this purpose, we developed a questionnaire for easurement and then distributed it to the university center workers (60) workers. And to analyze the results, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach and using the (SPSS V 25) program. The study concluded that there is a tatistically significant effect of administrative creativity in its various dimensions (intellectual fluency, mental flexibility, originality, sensitivity to problems, acceptance of risk) on the performance of workers at the University Center in Mila. , at the level of significance )α ≤ 0.05(. Accordingly, we recommend the necessity of clarifying the concept of administrative creativity for the administrative workers in the university center by providing them with the appropriate atmosphere, paying attention to their creative abilities and responding quickly to their requirements, in order to push them to be more creative |
