Description:	Althouth the old rethorical lesson was described as rich in its entirery and considered a fertile souece for scholars to this day, there were calls to renew it and lin kit to what has been new in recent studies, including deliberative, wich are directly related to rhetoric, wich necessitates the benefit of each field from the other and this intersection between both rhetoric and deliberative even with other sciences such as linguistics and semiotics have been termed new rhetoric, and many researchers have specialized in the west and arabs as well, among them Mohammed Al- omari and on this study deals with trying to reveal the paragmatics dimensions in his book the rhetoric of persuasive speech in an attempt to highlight this meeting the two scienses
