| Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تحقيق بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية بولاية ميلة لنسب جيدة في مؤش ا رت الشمول المالي مقارنة بالنسب المحققة على المستوى الوطني والعربي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ضعف مؤشرات الشمول المالي التي حققها بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية بولاية ميلة والذي فاق الضعف المحقق في تلك المؤشرات على المستوى الوطني نتيجة طبيعة المنطقة من جهة وضعف الخدمات والمنتجات المقدمة من طرف البنك والتي تقتصر على خدمات جد تقليدية، ما يظهر فارقا كبيرا مع نسب مؤشرات الشمول المالي على المستوى العربي، وهو ما يتطلب من البنك والدولة على حد سواء وضع استراتيجيات وسياسات جادة لرفع نسب مؤشرات الشمول المالي |
| Description: | The study aimed at knowing the extent to which the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development in the city of Mila achieved good rates in the indicators of financial inclusion compared to the rates has achieved at the national and Arab levels. The study found weak indicators of financial inclusion achieved by the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development in the city of Mila, which exceeded the weakness achieved in these ndicators at the national level because of the nature of the region and the weakness of the services and roducts provided by the Bank. This letter is limited to very traditional services that show a clear difference in omparison to the financial inclusion indicators at the Arab level. So it is required from both the bank and the overnment to develop serious strategies and policies to raise the ratios of financial inclusion indicators. |
