| Abstract: | تناولت الدراسة موضوع دور اتخاذ القرار المالي في تحسين القدرة التنافسية ، من أجل إبراز مدى أثر القرار المالي في تحسين القدرة التنافسية ، وبهدف تدعيم الجانب النظري للإلمام بموضوع الدراسة من كل جوانبه تطرقنا إلى المفاهيم الأساسية بالنسبة للقرارات المالية والقدرة التنافسية ، وأما بالنسبة للجانب التطبيقي قمنا بتطبيق نموذج بورتر للقوى الخمس على مؤسسة سوناريك ، وكذالك للوقوف على العلاقة بين المتغيرين قمنا بدراسة البيانات المتحصل عليها من المؤسسة توصلنا إلى أن القرارات المالية تساهم في تحسين القدرة التنافسية ،القرارات المالية الرشيدة ذات علاقة طردية مع مؤشرات القدرة التنافسية |
| Description: | The study dealt with the topic of the role of financial decision - making in improving competitivness in order to highlight the extent of the impact of the financial decision on improving competitivness , and with the aim of strengthening the theoritical aspect of subject knowledge of the study in all it's aspects , we dealt with the basic conceptions into financial decisions and competitivness . And as for the application , we applied porter's five - power model to the sonaric foundation and also to see the relationship between the two variables , we studied the data obtained from the foundation and we found that financial decisions have a direct relationship with ompetitivness . Rational financial decisions have a direct relationship with competitivness indicators. |
