| Description: | This study aims to shed light on the agricultural sector and agricultural investment in Algeria and its contribution to economic development and the national economy. After unpacking and presenting the data and information obtained from the Directorate of Agricultural Interests and the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Wilayat of Mila, we reached a general conclusion that the financing of the agricultural sector at the state level is through loans granted by the bank to workers in the sector, whether with interest or subsidized entirely by the state It consists of a companion loan, followed by a rental loan. Funding thus the most important basic agricultural people in the state, the Grain and Vegetable Division, as well as the other people represented in olive trees, red and white meat and animal production, thus ontributing to the local economic development and the national economy by improving growth rates and this appears in achieving selfsufficiency and increasing agricultural production and Increasing the country's gross national product, as well as aiming to raise the balance of payments and attract hard foreign commissions through exports. |
