| Description: | After the adoption of the quality system by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Algeria in 2016 and the start of higher education institutions in the quality assessment process, the ministry launched the university institution project starting in 2017, which represents a continuation of the quality self-assessment endeavor.
