dc.description	After the adoption of the quality system by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Algeria in 2016 and the start of higher education institutions in the quality assessment process, the ministry launched the university institution project starting in 2017, which represents a continuation of the quality self-assessment endeavor. This study aims to highlight the role of the institution's project in establishing a quality management system in the higher education sector, as it concluded that the application of the institution's project is the ideal tool for quality management in the higher education sector, and this is related to the extent of university nstitutions' involvement in its preparation and their seriousness in implementing	en_US
