| Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر متغيرات بيئة العمل الداخمية عمى أداء العاممين المكمفين بالزبائن في مؤسسة بريد الجزائر لولاية ميمة، و لتحقيق أىداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات من أفراد العينة والتي بمغت 07مفردة وتم استخدام الرزمة الاحصائية لمعموم الاجتماعية ) ( spssلتحميل بيانات الاستبانة ،اعتمادا عمى المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية ونموذج الانحدار وغيرىا من الأساليب الاحصائية . وقد توصمت الدراسة إلى أنو لا يوجد أثر لمتغيرات بيئة العمل الداخمية مجتمعة عمى أداء العاممين المكمفين بالزبائن في مؤسسة بريد الجزائر لولاية ميمة . وقد أوصت ىذه الدراسة بضرورة اىتمام ببيئة العمل الداخمية وذلك بإعطاء أىمية لحاجات العاممين المكمفين بالزبائن وطرق اشباعيا وتوفير الامكانيات والتكنولوجيا الملائمة لطبيعة العمل لموصول إلى أداء أكثر كفاءة وفاعمية يمكن المؤسسة من خلالو الوصول إلى مختمف أىدافيا. |
| Description: | This study aimed to determine the effect of the internal work environment variables on the performance of mployees assigned to customers at the algerian post corporation for the state of mila ,and to achieve the bjectives of the study,a questionnaire was defor the developed for the purpose collesting that from the sapmle :which amounted to 70 individuals ,and the statistical package for social sciences was used to analyse the questionnaire data ,depeinding on arithmetic means , standard deviations, regression model and other tatistical method.The study found that there is no effect of the combined internal work environment variables on the erformance of workers assigned to customers in the algerian post corporation for the state of mila, this study roco mmended the needs of workes assigned to customers and methods of statisfying them and technology appropriate to the nature of work to reach performance more efficient and effective through which the institution can reach its various goal |
