| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم تطبيقات الإدارة الإلكترونية في البنوك التجارية من وجهة نظر العاملين بها بالتطبيق على بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية – المجمع الجهوي للاستغلال بميلة رقم ،55حيث تم تقسيم الدراسة الى جانبين(نظري وتطبيقي) وقصد بلوغ أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على مزيج من المناهج بداية بالمنهج الوصفي و التحليلي، ثم منهج الإستبانة في جمع المعلومات وتحليلها بالاعتماد على برنامج .SPSS وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن تقييم تطبيقات الإدارة من وجهة نظر العاملين المجمع بالجهوي للإستغلال 55ميلة عموما هي في المستوى المرتفع، أما من حيث الأبعاد فقد لقي بعدي الحاسب الآلي البرامج أكثر قبولا لدى العاملين بالمجمع البنكي، في حين كان بعدي مهارات العنصر البشري وشبكات الاتصال اقل قبولا وبالتالي اقل مساهمة في تطبيقات الإدارة الإلكترونية بالمجمع، وعليه نوصي بضرورة بدل مجهودات اكبر في سبيل تبني تطبيق وتحسين البعدين الأخيرين بشكل أوسع، من خلال التحديث المستمر لشبكات الاتصال من حيث السرعة والمرونة وكذلك النوعية، والاهتمام بتدريب العنصر بشري لجعله مهيأ بشكل اكبر، لأنه لا يمكن تحقيق الأداء و الكفاءة المرجوين بغياب احدهما |
| Description: | This study aimed to evaluate the applications of electronic management in commercial banks from the point of view of their employees by applying to the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development - the Regional Complex for Exploitation in Mila No. 55, where the study was divided into two aspects (theoretical and applied) and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a mixture of curricula was adopted. Beginning with the descriptive and analytical approach, then the questionnaire approach in collecting and analyzing information,depending on the SPSS program. The study concluded that the evaluation of management applications from the point of view of the employees in the regional complex to exploit 55 Mila in general is at the high level, and in terms of imensions, the two dimensions of the computer programs were more acceptable to the employees of the anking complex, while the skills of the human element and communication networks were less Acceptance and thus less contribution to the electronic management applications of the complex, and therefore we recommend the necessity of instead of greater efforts in order to adopt the application and improve the last two dimensions more broadly, through the continuous modernization of communication networks in terms of speed, flexibility as well as quality, and attention to training the human element to make it more prepared, because it is not The desired performance and efficiency can be achieved in the absence of one of them |
