Description:	This study aims to define and highlight the financial strategy in the economic institution by relying on financial analysis, knowing the extent of its efficiency and whether it is good or not, and projecting it to an Algerian nstitution represented in the Saidal complex for the extended period (2014-2017). We relied during the study on the descriptive approach corresponding to the theoretical side and the analytical approach represented in the case study by analyzing the financial statements using tools of financial analysis and functional financial nalysis. The results showed that the financial strategy adopted by the Society was good in order to achieve the established and future goals During a good study of the financial position of the Saidal complex
