| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهسية صيغ التسهيل الإسلامي الفلاحي كبديل عن آليات التسهيل التقليدي لتطهير الإستثسار الفلاحي في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على المفاهيم الأساسية لصيغ التسهيل الإسلامي الفلاحي، كذلك التطرق إلى أهمية هذه الصيغ بالنسبة للإستثمار الفلاحي، كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الإستثسار الفلاحي في الجزائر، مع تحليل مدى مداهسته في تطهير الإقتراد الهطشي، بالإضافة إلى أهم السعهقات التي تهاجهه و الأفاق السشتظر تحقيقها، كذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع تسهيل الإستثسار الفلاحي بريغ السذاركات في البشهك الإسلامة العاملة في الجزائر. وقد خلرشا أن الإجراءات الستخذة من طرف الدلطات الجزائرية لتفعيل صيغ التسهيل الإسلامي الفلاحي و تطهير الشظام البشكي الج ا زئري بسا يتساشى مع خرهصية الإستثسار الفلاحي تبقى إج ا رءات متهاضعة وغير كافية |
| Description: | This aim of this study is to show the importance of Islamic agricultural financing formulas as a replacement to the traditional financing mechanisms for the sake of developing agricultural investment in Algeria, Through highlighting the essential concepts of Islamic agricultural financing formulas, also addressing the importance of these formulas for agricultural investment, as this study aims to identify On the reality of agricultural vestment in Algeria, Moreover, this study is to show the reality of agricultural investement in Algeria with the analysis of the role it plays in development the national economy, in addition to the important obstacles facing it. This study goals is to show the reality of financing agricultural investment in forms of participation in Islamic banks in Algeria. To finish this we may say that the measures taken by the Algerian authorities for the sake of activating the Islamic agricultural financing and developing the Algerian banking system hand to hand with the specificity of the investment still modest and non enough measures |
