Abstract:	جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان " قراءة في المصطلح اللساني أسس علم اللغة لماریو باي ترجمة أحمد مختار عمر أنموذجا،" حیث وجهنا نظرنا إلى المصطلح الذي یمثل جوهر هذا البحث، والأساس الذي تبنى علیه مختلف المعارف والعلوم فهو وسیلة للتواصل والتفاهم بین الناس.وكان الهدف من هذا البحث هو الكشف عن المصطلحات اللسانیة الواردة في الكتاب ٕ وشرحها وازالة الغموض والإبهام عنها، وذلك من خلال تصنیفها إلى مستویات: مستوى صوتي، ركیبي، صرفي، دلالي. واستخراج مختلف طرائق وضعها من )اشتقاق، ونحت، ومجاز، وتركیب، وترجمة( وعرض مختلف الإشكالات التي یواجهها المصطلح مع السعي لإیجاد حلول لها
Description:	This study came under the title of " A reading on linguistic term, basis of linguistic science of Mario bey ranslated by Ahmed Mokhtar as a model". Where we focused on term which is the aim of this research, And the foundation that all sciences and knowledge are built on, it is also a means of communication and derstanding among people. The main purpose of this research is to expose all linguistic terms outlined in the book, to explain it and to clarify its ambiguities. That was through classifying them into different levels: acoustic, synthetic, semantic, morphological. And to find out the various ways the term is exposed or used (derivation, acronym, metaphor, structure, translation). Furthermore, to show the different problems the term come through, willing to find solutions for them.
