| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور القيادة بالمشاركة في تحسين الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، من خلال أبعاد القيادة بالمشاركة والمتمثلة في التحفيز، التفويض، الاتصال الإداري، العلاقات الإنسانية والمشاركة، كما تم التطرق لتحسين الأداء المالي والتعرف على أهم مؤشراته. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على تقنية دراسة حالة باستخدام أداة الاستبيان للتعرف على تصورات إطارات موظفي مؤسسة سوناريك-فرجيوة- نحو القيادة بالمشاركة ودورها في تحسين الأداء المالي، حيث شملت الدراسة مجتمع مكون من 32موظف إداري، وبعد التحليل باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي spssالنسخة 24 توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: للتحفيز دور كبير في تحسين الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية؛ للتفويض دور كبير في تحسين الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية؛ للاتصال الإداري دور كبير في تحسين الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية؛ للعلاقات الإنسانية دور كبير في تحسين الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية؛ للمشاركة دور كبير في تحسين الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية |
| Description: | These aimed to know the contrubution of leadership in participation in improving the Financial performance in the economic establishment through the dimension of leadership in participation, which are motivation, elegation, administrative communication, human relations, participation ,and touched, on improving Financial performance and indentifying its most important indicators . In order to achieve the objectives of the study .A case study thechnique was used using the questionnaire tool to identify the percepations of the employees frameworks of the sonaric farjiwa foundation. the study included a community of 32 employees and after the analysis using the statistical analysis program spss v24 we reached the following results: Motivation play a majo role r in improving Financial performance . to delegate a significant role in improving Financial rformance. adminstrative communication plays a major role in improving Financial performance. human relations play a major role in improving Financial performance. participation has a major role in improving Financial erformance |
