| Abstract: | تعتبر شركات التأمین التكافلي من أهم المؤسسات الاقتصادیة المساهمة في دفع عجلة الاقتصاد وتنمیته وذلك من خلال الوظائف الأساسیة المنوطة بها بشرط أن تتوافق مع الشریعة الإسلامیة،ومن أهم أوجه الاستثمار التي تسعى شركات التأمین التكافلي الاستثمار فیه مجال التنمیة المستدامة حیث تهدف دراستنا إلى إبراز الدور الذي تلعبه هاته الشركات في سبیل تحقیق التنمیة المستدامة وعلى هذا الأساس تناولنا هذا الموضوع من خلال التطرق إلى:-1إبراز ملامح التأمین التكافلي ومؤسساته وكیفیة عملها -2إبراز للتنمیة المستدامة وأبعادها ومؤشراتها ومساهمة شركات التأمین التكافلي في سبیل تحقیق أبعاد التنمیة المستدامة -3تقدیم بعض التجارب الدولیة الرائدة في هذه الصناعة التكافلیة:تجربة مالیزیا والإمارات العربیة المتحدة واتبعنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي التحلیلي وقد توصلنا إلى أن مؤسسات التأمین التكافلي حتمیة ضروریة في أي إقتصاد یصبو إلى التفوق لذلك نوصي بأهمیة توحید المعاییر الشرعیة لهذه الصناعة حتى تحقق النتائج المرجوة منها |
| Description: | Takaful insurance companies are one of the most important economic institutions to contribute to the dvancement of the economy and its development through the basic functions assigned to them that they omply with Islamic law, and one of the most important aspects of investment in which takaful insurance companies seek investment in the field of sustainable development where our study aims to highlight the role played by these companies in order to achieve of sustainable development and on this basis we addressed this topic by addressing the: 1- Highlighting the features of takaful insurance and its institutions and how they work 2- Highlighting sustainable development, its dimensions and indicators, and the contribution of takaful insurance companies to achieve the dimensions of sustainable development 3- Presenting some of the leading ternational experiences in this industry: The Experience of Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates In our study of the topic, we followed the analytical descriptive approach We found that takaful insurance institutions are a necessary imperative in any economy that shooves to Excellence so we recommend the importance of tandardization |
