| Abstract: | يعد الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر وسيمة تمويمية ىامة تتسابق معظم الدول لجذب أكبر عدد ممكن منو، لتحقيق تنميتيا الاقتصادية، فقد اكتسبت التجربة الصينية أىميتيا من خلال ما حققتو من انجازات تنموية، وتحوليا نحو اقتصاد السوق بعد تبنييا سياسة الانفتاح التجاري. و خمصت ىذه الدراسة الى أنو بالرغم من الموارد والإمكانيات التي تتوفر و تزخر بيا الصين، والجيود المبذولة من طرف السمطات والرامية إلى إضفاء حركية عمى نشاطيا الاقتصادي والتحسين التدريجي لبيئتيا الاقتصادية وما تقدمو من المزايا والحوافز لممستثمرين غير أن حجم الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة لم يصل إلى المستوى المطموب، وذلك لأن المناخ الاستثماري في الصين لا يزال يشوبو العديد من العوائق التي تؤدي إلى ضعف الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة المتدفقة |
| Description: | Foreign direct investment is an important financing method that most countries are competing to attract as many as possible to achieve their economic development, the Chinese experience has gained its importance through its development achievements and its transformation towards a market economy after adopting the policy of trade openness. This study concluded that despite the resources and capabilities that are available and abundant in China, and the efforts made by the authorities aimed at imparting mobility to its economic activity and the gradual improvement of its economic environment and the advantages and incentives it rovides to investors, the volume of foreign direct investment did not reach the required level, this is because the investment climate in China is still marred by many obstacles that lead to weak foreign direct investment nflows |
