dc.description	With technological and cognitive challenges at the level of health field, pivotal competencies are a source of knowledge and skill and ability that health organizations must focus on, and this is determined by the nteraction of a set of modern mechanisms for diagnosing, developing, evaluating and managing them, thus the roblematic here revolves around the impact of pivotal competencies on the quality of health services. In order to give a glimpse of the study variables, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach in order to achieve the goals of theoretical and applied study, and in order to identify the reality of health services in public hospital institutions of Chaabane moussa at elaoutmania, by directing a questionnaire to its managers, consisting of (31) paragraphs, distributed to a simple random sample of (70) employees. Then it is treated by a set of statistical tools and by using SPSS program. The results of the study concluded that there is a positive elationship between the pivotal competencies and the quality of health services in the public hospital hospital, and we also extracted some recommendations among them that pivotal competencies are one of the modern concepts that are based on a number of dimensions that any hospital institution can rely on for the continuous improvement of health services in Algerian public hospitals	en_US
dc.description.abstract	في ظل التحديات التكنولوجية والمعرفية المتسارعة على مستوى المجال الصحي، تعتبر الكفاءات المحورية مصدر للمعرفة والمهارة والقدرة مما وجب على المنظمات الصحية التركيز عليها، هذا الأخير يتحدد بتفاعل مجموعة من الآليات الحديثة لتشخيصها وتنميتها وتقييمها وادارتها وبالتالي الإشكال المثار في هذا الصدد يتمحور حول أثر الكفاءات المحورية على جودة الخدمات الصحية. عطاء لمحة لمتغي ا رت الد ا رسة، اعتمدت ا وا ولإث ا رء لدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة النظرية والتطبيقية، ومن أجل التعرف على واقع الخدمات الصحية في المؤسسات الاستشفائية العمومية تم إجراء الدراسة الميدانية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية شعبان موسى بوادي العثمانية من خلال توجيه استبيان لإطاراتها والمكون من( )31فقرة موزعة لعينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغت ( )70موظف. ومعالجته عن طريق مجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية وباستعمال برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة بأنه توجد علاقة إيجابية بين الكفاءات المحورية وجودة الخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية، ويترتب عنها طرح بعض التوصيات من بينها الكفاءات المحورية تعد من المفاهيم الحديثة التي تقوم على جملة من الأبعاد والتي يمكن لأي مؤسسة استشفائية الاعتماد عليها من أجل التحسين لمستمر للخدمات الصحية في المستشفيات العمومية الجزائرية.	en_US
