dc.description	Undoubtedly, the regulatory practices have changed due to both technological development and general orientation. Therefore, a rather serious change and reformation concerning different mechanisms has to be done, especially at the administrative level. Electronic administration has provided the best employment for the different technological techniques in an effort for getting rid of old traditional method Accordingly, this study aims at making an emphasis on the effect of regulatory atmosphere concerning electronic administration at the university center of Mila that a descriptive method was chosen and also a questionnaire was distributed to the teachers of the economics department at Mila university center. As a result, this study has shown the effect of regulatory reformation on the general atmosphere and also on the different dynamics and the technology used in such domain	en_US
dc.description.abstract	مما لاشك فٌه أن الممارسات التنظٌمٌة أخذت فً التغٌٌر بفعل ارتباطها بالتطور التكنولوجً من جهة والتوجه العام للمنظمة من جهة اخرى ، وعلى إثر ذلك كان لزاما إحداث التجدٌد والإصلاح فً التمكنات والمٌكانٌزمات التنظٌمٌة خاصة على مستواها الإداري ، لتظهر الإدارة الإلكترونٌة كأحد هذه النواتج قً ظل توفٌر فضاء تنظٌمً .عموما تقوم الإدارة الإلكترونٌة داخل المنظمة على التوظٌف الأمثل للتقنٌة الإلكترونٌة فً إستغناء تدرٌجً عن الطرائق التقلٌدٌة فً أداء العمل. وإنطلاقا مما سبق ، حاولت هذه الدراسة إبراز أثر المناخ التنظٌمً على تطبٌق الإدارة الإلكترونٌة فً المركز الجامعً بمٌلة ، حٌث اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفً التحلٌلً ، كما اعتمدت على استبٌان تم توزٌعه على أساتذة معهد الاقتصاد بجامعة مٌلة . وقد بٌنت هذه الدراسة أثر عناصر المنا خ التنظٌمً: الهٌكل التنظٌم،ً نمط القٌادة، الاتصالات التنظٌمٌة، والتكنولوجٌا المستخدمة فً تطبٌق الإدارة الإلكترونٌة كما بٌت الدراسة وجود تباٌن ي أثر هذه العناصر على تحقٌق تطبٌق الإدارة الإلكترونٌة	en_US
