dc.descriptionThis study aims at knowing the effects of empowerment in supporting the requierments of administration knowldge through the five dimensions of self empowerment which are : The delegation of authority , Training and teaching , Stimulation and motivation , Communication, Group work . In this study we have stated the most important needs of knowledge Managment which are: The cuture of organizing , Administrative leadership , Communcative technologie, The organisation al structure . To achieve the objectives of this study we adopted the technique of a sample study using the tools of a questionnaire in order to know empowerment and its effects on the needs of managing knowledge. The study was done on a sample group of 40 teachers from the faculty of commercial sciences and management sciences depending on statistical programme (spss). The results of the study were:  The delagation of authority has a considerable importance in supporting the needs of managing knowledge.  Training and teaching has a considerable importance in supporting the needs of managing knowledge.  Motivation has a considerable importance in supporting the needs of managing knowledge.  Communication has a considerable importance in supporting the needs of managing knowledge.  Group work has a considerable importance in supporting the needs of managing knowledge.en_US
