Abstract: The modern times certified a number of amendmentsas a result of modernity's movement which has ravaged all its principles and intellectual, social, cultural, and literature values, including the poetry that has been emerged fundamental amendments that have touched its structure and content therefore taking a different direction from its old ones. The modern Poet felt the need to break away from the stereotype of the traditional poem, which was characterized by the strictness of its form, the monotony of its rhythm, and burden its pronunciation. He no longer pleases all theseelements that have limited his expressive freedom, especially as he is a wounded human being in his bloody homeland. Therefore; he was impressed by some manifestations of western modernity, and he tried to adopt it in his poems, but very conservative, because basically modernity is demolition of religion, so he takes what he deems appropriate, leaving what makes him as an accused and impeached. Since change and movement is the law of life therefore everything will inevitably be subject to this law, including poetry that is the mirror of the times. We see through it the conditions of the nation, its values, its principles and all its systems. It is the same alteration that made it obligatory for the Modernist Poet to create expressive modernist elements which means is language, and the ultimate purpose is activating the process of receiving the poetic text. This study, " Modernity of Poetic Formation "of Ali Mahmoud Taha" was a serious attempt to highlight modernity's elements in this poet's product, which combined between distinctive eloquence and its symbolism of the language, the formations of the image, its various manifestations through the symbol and revelation, and the strictness of the old rhythm, and an attempt to reduce this strictness in his poetic achievement. All of those were by the reliance of the rhythmic, to break its monotony by means' using the varied rhyme ,polyphonic ,and mixing between the two forms of one measure or two measures in accordance with required his emotional state. All this Poet must reclining on set of mechanisms and technical techniques aesthetic to express his emotional state, and to emphasize the specificity of his poetic experience. We must, in our turn, using of the methodological means, the necessary methodologyto look into elements of the poetic formation, and emphasis on the aspects of modernity in it, and how to get out of the prevailing and familiar. The study was opened with theoretical chapter seeking to reveal the modernity, and poetic formation because it cannot enter and deep penetration in any research whatsoever its kind without deciphering its terminologies. Therefore; it should establish for poetry theoretically in order to appear the purpose of the research, and taking the ideas of study its general intellectual and cognitive framework. This chapter was a briefing on the concepts of modernity and formation, especially as they are jelly terms. Because of the first term is a new newcomer in our environment with other terms, and the second is a field and art far from the literary scene. In addition to this study is looking at the factors of the emergence of Arabic Modernity, its literary influences, and how to form the poetic text old and modern, and all this is a necessity created by the study. Subsequently, the transition to study how to form emotion and its manifestations within the collection of poems, on the grounds that emotion is the basis motive for the formation of the Rhetorical Act. الملخص Therefore; It was the hidden moral technical link that tightened its parts, so the study sought to expose the emotion's tongue and semantic formations, and how the emotional self-represented in the poetic accomplishment. Hence, it was necessary to move to the clarification of the linguistic and non-linguistic elements that printed the text and identified its specificity, and its distinction from the rest of the texts, Starting with the addressing which it is eradiating semantic, and it tempted us entering the world of the capillary poetry, and then revealing the characteristics of the language "Ali Mahmoud Taha " who adopted linguistic intensification, repetition and hybridization. In addition to the non-linguistic visual elements that contributed to the activation of the reception process, where the poet gave an interest on the visual aspect in the formation of the employees of the punctuation marks. By those punctuations the Poet breach the boundaries of paronomasia between prose and poetry, as well as the Poet interested distribution of words in the poetic space. After that, the study transition on to how the image is formed by displaying the exploited sensory images to illustrate the poetic content, and to bring the image closer to the recipient, giving movement and vitality to the poetry that has become read, seen and heard. Subsequently , it highlighted to the authentic techniques for coping of images, including the approach of diagnosis as well as his words, which always had poet's love of nature and how it blends with it. In addition to evoking the technique of dialogue and storytelling, the symbol of religious and legendary, then the talking about the diversity of rhythm. Therefore; the talking about the diversity of rhyme, different professions narrators, the blending of the forms of the one Meter, and between two Meters in one poem. For this it relied on syllabic's system, short poem and verbal, moral twirling which overflowed of collection of poems. Accordingly, collection of poems' " Ali Mahmoud Taha" has a special modernist formation specially in its structure and content. Finally, I would like to thank Allah who inspired me to achieve this study, and what success is granted by Allah.
