| Abstract: | تلعب الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات دواًر جد هام في الاقتصاديات المضيفة التي تنشط فيها على صعيد التأثير الإيجابي على ميزان المدفوعات، نقل التكنولوجيا، المساهمة في التشغيل، المساهمة في الضرائب.،..الخ، ولهذه الأسباب وغيرها تتنافس مختلف دول العالم على استقطاب الإستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة. وتُعتبر الروابط التي تنشأها الشركات المتعددة الجنسية مع الشركات المحلية، وخاصة مع قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، ذات أهمية كبيرة في تطوير هذا القطاع، فهذه الروابط تُعتبر نقطة الانطلاق نحو تعزيز القدرة التنافسية للشركات المحلية من حيث أنها تتيح لها موطئ قدم في شبكات الإنتاج الدولية |
| Description: | Multinational corporations play a very important role in the host economies in which they have a positive impact on the balance of payments, transfer of technology, contribution to employment, contribution to taxes, etc. For these and other reasons, various countries compete to attract foreign direct investment. The links created by multinational corporations with local companies, especially with the SME sector, are of great importance in developing this sector. These linkages are the starting point for enhancing the competitiveness of local companies in that they allow them to establish a foothold in international production networks. |
