| Abstract: | أصبح القطاع الخاص من القطاعات المهمة في الجزائر وذلك بعد سلسلة من الإصلاحات الاقتصادیة المتتالیة التي تبنتها الحكومة الجزائریة من أجل الالتحاق بركب التنمیة الاقتصادیة، حیث قامت الدولة بتشجیع المستثمرین بالتوجه إلى القطاع الخاص وتفعیل دوره من خلال أجهزة الاستثمار التي تقوم بمنح امتیازات تواكب المتغیرات الواقعة على الساحة الوطنیة والدولیة. كما قدمت ضمانات مختلفة لتقلیل من تخوف المستثمرین وتوفیر مناخ استثماري ملائم لهم. علیه جاءت هذه الدراسة لتبرز مدى مساهمة الوكالة الوطنیة لتطویر الاستثمار في تشجیع القطاع الخاص وكذا تقییم الشباك الوحید اللامركزي لولایة میلة، حیث خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الإصلاحات الاقتصادیة أدت إلى تطویر القطاع الخاص بزیادة حجم المشاریع الاستثماریة وتوفیر مناصب الشغل غیر أن الملاحظ بشكل عام وبالرغم من تطبیق هذه الإجراءات بقیت النتائج المتحصل علیها جد متواضعة مقارنة مع النتائج المسطرة |
| Description: | The private sector became an important sector in Algeria after a series of successive economic reforms adopted by the Algerian government to join the economic development. The state encouraged investors to go to the private sector and activate its role through the investment agencies that grant concessions to keep pace with the changes in the arena. National and international. It also provided various guarantees to reduce investor fears and provide an appropriate investment climate for them. Accordingly, this study highlights the contribution of the National Agency for Investment Development in encouraging the private sector as well as evaluating the sole decentralized status of the state of Mila. This study concluded that the economic reforma led to the development of the private sector by increasing the size of investment projects and providing jobs. From the application of these procedures the rest of the results obtained are very modest compared to the results obtained |
