| Abstract: | يعتبر الاستثمار ركيزة أساسية من ركائز الاقتصاد، فهو محور للتنمية الاقتصادية وهيكل داعم للبنية التحتية لأي دولة، فالاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر يشكل أحد أهم رؤوس الأموال التي شهدت تطورا كبيرا، نظرا للدور المهم والحيوي الذي يلعبه في الرفع من مستويات التشغيل والقدرات الإنتاجية للاقتصاديات وتحقيق التنمية، لذلك عملت الجزائر على غرار باقي دول العالم اتخاذ العديد من الإجراءات والقيام بسن العديد من التشريعات والقوانين، بهدف توفير البيئة الملائمة لجذب هذه الاستثمارات والاستفادة من منافعها. كما قامت بتقديم العديد من الضمانات، بالإضافة إلى إنشاء هيئات ووكالات تسهر على تطبيق هذه القوانين والتشريعات بهدف الرفع من القدرات التنافسية للاقتصاد الجزائري. تمثل الهدف الأساسي لهذه الدراسة في الوقوف على واقع الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة في الجزائر ودورها في التقليل من البطالة خلال الفترة ( .)6002-6002وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مدى مساهمة هذا النوع من الاستثمارات في امتصاص البطالة بخلق فرص عمل، ودوره في مساندة ودعم النمو الاقتصادي للدول المضيفة بما يوفره من خبرات إدارية ونقل للتكنولوجيا الحديثة...وغيرها |
| Description: | Investment is a fundamental pillar of the economy. It is the focus of economic development and a supportive structure for the infrastructure of any country. Foreign direct investment is one of the most important capitals which has witnessed a great development due to the important and vital role it plays in raising the levels of employment and productive capacities of economies and achieving development. Algeria, like the rest of the world countries , has taken many measures and enacted many laws and legislations, in order to provide a fitting environment to attract these investments and benefiting from their services . It also provided many guarantees, in addition to the establishment of structures and agencies to ensure the implementation of these laws and legislation in order to increase the competitiveness of the Algerian economy. The main objective of this study is to identify the reality of foreign direct investments in Algeria and its role in reducing unemployment during the period 2006-2016. The study has reached the extent to which this type of investment contributes to the absorption of unemployment by creating job opportunities and its role in supporting and reinforcing the economic growth of the host countries by providing administrative expertise and transfer of modern technology ... etc. |
