| Abstract: | تمعب سوق الأوراق المالية دورا ميما في اقتصاديات الدول وذلك باعتبارىا أداة لجمع الأموال من أصحاب الفائض المالي وتوجيييا لأصحاب العجز المالي الذي يبحثون عن التمويل اللازم من أجل تجسيد مشاريعيم الاستثمارية عمى أرض الواقع والتي تخمق قيمة مضافة للاقتصاد، وبالتالي تساىم في الرفع من معدل النمو الاقتصادي، وزيادة رفاىية الأفراد، لكن تحقيق كل ذلك لا يتحقق إلا من خلال توفير مجموعة من الشروط والآليات التي تضمن عمميا بكفاءة وفعالية. ونيدف من خلال ىذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف عمى أداء أسواق الأوراق المالية العربية بصفة عامة وسوقي مصر والجزائر بصفة خاصة خلال الفترة الممتدة ( )2017-2010وتحميمو، وذلك من أجل الوقوف عند مختمف المعوقات التي تواجييا وتحول بينيا وبين تحقيق أىدافيا وتطورىا، ومحاولة إيجاد الحمول والمقترحات النظرية والفنية لإقامة أسواق عربية للأوراق المالية متطورة وفعالة وتمعب دورا ميما في تطوير اقتصادياتيا والرقي بيا. وفي الأخير خمصنا إلى أنو بالرغم من الإصلاحات التي تبنتيا الدول العربية ومنيا مصر والجزائر من أجل تطوير أسواقيا للأوراق المالية، غير أنيا مازالت تعترضيا مجموعة من الصعوبات والمشاكل التي تؤثر سمبا عمى أدائيا مقارنة بأسواق الأوراق المالية في الدول المتقدمة، لذلك يجب عمييا بذل المزيد من الجيد في سبيل تطويرىا والرقي بأدائيا |
| Description: | The financial markets play an important role in the companies of the world. They direct the collected money from the financial surplus owner for those people with financial disabilities who search about an appropriate finance to embody their investment projects into reality. As a result, an economical value is created which develops both the economic rate and the welfare of individuals. Thus, all these will not applied unless some qualified and high efficient condition and procedure sore ore provided. The main objective of our study is to identify and analyses the performance of the Arabic financial market in general and both Algerian and Egyptian in particular through 2010-2017. Moreover, in this study we try to figure out the obstacles that block the achievement of its goals. Thus, overtime is to find the accurate theoretical and article solutions build Arabic financial markets that enrich and improve their economy. Finally, although the reforms that is adopted by the Arabic countries especially, Algerian and Egypt, in order to develop their market, it is still facing the problems which negatively effect their performance. |
