dc.description	Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises play a vital role in achieving the economic and social development of different countries, because of their positive and effective contribution to improve macroeconomics indicators such as labor saving, increasing the GDP and creating value added. However, it faces many problems and financing obstacles that hold back its growth and development, which are mainly due to the unique aracteristics of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). Recently, high financing techniques have emerged to fund these enterprises, such as Leasing, which is compatible with its characteristics. This research aims to study the effectiveness of Leasing as a high technique to finance small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, by highlighting the basic concepts of this technique, the role of this technique in funding SMEs, and the reality of this technique in Algeria	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تلعب المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دورا حيويا في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لمختلف الدول، نظرا لمساهمتها الايجابية والفعالة في تحسين المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية كتوفير مناصب الشغل، زيادة الناتج الداخلي الخام وخلق القيمة المضافة. إلّا أنها تواجه العديد من المشاكل والمعوقات التمويلية التي تعترض نموها وتطورها، والتي ترجع أساسا إلى الخصائص المميزة والفريدة التي تتصف بها المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. لذا ظهرت في الآونة الأخيرة تقنيات حديثة لتمويل هذه المؤسسات من بينها قرض الإيجار الذي يتلاءم مع خصائصها واحتياجاتها المالية. يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة فعالية قرض الايجار كتقنية حديثة لتمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على المفاهيم الأساسية لهذه التقنية، توضيح دورها بالنسبة للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، والإشارة إلى واقع ممارسة هذه التقنية في الجزائر	en_US
