| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تطبيق معايير ستة سيقما في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية الإخوة مغلاوي بميلة، استخدمت الدراسة أداة"الاستبانة" على ( )33من أصل ( )40موظف بالمؤسسة الإستشفائية المعنية بالدراسة ، وتم اختيارهم بشكل عشوائي، حيث تمت معالجتها عن طريق برنامج SPSSباستخدام معامل الارتباط ، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة. خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق معايير ستة سيقما و تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين معايير ستة سيقما و تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية . وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة أن تتبنى المؤسسة الصحية معايير ستة سيقما لما لها من دور كبير في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية |
| Description: | The present study aimed to identify the role of applying Six Sigma standards in improving the quality of health services in the hospital public establishment, Brothers Meghlawi in Mila. The study employed the "questionnaire" tool on 33 out of 40 employees at the establishment, they were randomly selected. The study used the SPSS as a tool to analyze the data collected through multiple regressions. The study also relied on the descriptive analytical approach to achieve the established goals.The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect between the implementation of the Six Sigma standards and the improvement of the quality of health services. The study also found a relationship between the Six Sigma standards and improving the quality of health services. It recommends that the health institution adopt Six Sigma standards because of their significant role in improving the quality of health services. |
