| Abstract: | إن الطاقة أصبحت تعد أحد المحركات الأساسية للاقتصاد العالمي، فمع التطور التقني والتكنولوجي الذي يشهده العالم تزايد الطلب على الطاقة، والذي انعكس على مواردها، من خلال الاستهلاك المفرط لمصادر الطاقة الأحفورية، لذلك أدرك العالم أن هذه المصادر المعتمد عليها بشكل كبير ستصل لقمة إنتاجها، وهذا ما طرح مشكل احتمال نضوبها وضرورة البحث عن مصادر بديلة لها. ومن بين أهم البدائل المتاحة الطاقات المتجددة، التي تعتبر مصادرها دائمة ونظيفة، وتشكل إمداداتها عاملا أساسيا لدفع عجلة الإنتاج وتحقيق النمو والاستقرار، كما تمكن من إشباع حاجات الأجيال الحالية دون المساس بقدرة الأجيال المستقبلية على تلبية حاجاتهم. ويعد الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة عاملا أساسيا للنهوض بالاقتصاد من خلال العوائد التي يحققها وفرص العمل التي يوفرها، وبالتالي تحسين مستويات المعيشة والحد من الفقر وكذا المساهمة في المحافظة على البيئة هو ما يخدم أهداف التنمية المستدامة. وتوصلت الدراسة، أن للطاقة المتجددة القدرة على تلبية حاجة التطور في الدول المتقدمة والنامية على حد سواء، فضلا على أن الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة يحمل في طياته تحقيق التوازن البيئي والنمو المستدام وتأمين الطاقة للأجيال. كما توصلت الدراسة أيضا إلى أن ألمانيا، الصين والمغرب من بين الدول التي اتخذت من الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة وسيلة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة منتهجين في ذلك عدة إستراتجيات وسياسات مكنتهم من تحقيق الهدف المنشود |
| Description: | Energy has become one of the main engines of the global economy. The demand for energy is increasing with technological development that has taken place in the world which is reflected in its resources, through the excessive consumption of fossil energy sources. So the world realized that these sources that we rely on heavily will reach the peak of their production which raised the problem of their depletion and the need for seeking alternative sources. Among the most important available alternatives are renewable energy sources, which are considered to be permanent, clean and essential to boost production achieving growth and stability, and satisfying the needs of current generations without prejudice to the ability of future generations to meet their needs. Investing in renewable energy is a key factor in improving the economy through the revenue it generates and the opportunities it provides, thus improving living standards, reducing poverty and contributing to the preservation of the environment what serves sustainable development. This study found that renewable energy has the capacity to meet the needs of development in both developed and developing countries alike. In addition, investing in renewable energies can achieve ecological balance, sustainable growth, and energy security for generations. The study also found that Germany, China, and Morocco are countries that benefited from the investment in renewable energies as a means of achieving sustainable development by adopting several strategies and policies that enabled them to achieve the desired goal |
