Abstract: Today, the world is witnessing a technological revolution in all fields,including the financial sectors in general and banking in particular.This technology has become one of the most important elements of the business environment at present, as it is the cornerstone for enhancing the chances of survival, growth and continuity. Modern technology, which helped create new ways and means of providing banking services, showed artificial intelligence based on highly developed software and technologies. The banks' adoption of this technology is reflected in the introduction of modern banking services as a result of their knowledge of the strategic role they have achieved. Our study has concluded that the presence of modern technologies helps banks improve their performance through improving the quality of banking services, cost control, risk mitigation , Increase revenues, make services competitive, and contribute to the diversification of service delivery through the various banking channels adopted by banks over time, including: traditional channels, ATM, mobile phone, digital television, internet, And payment methods to be suitable for the nature of modern transactions and are in line with the electronic business environment, provided the service of bank cards, electronic checks and electronic money, all this one goal is to reach the needs and desires of customers and customer satisfaction on the other hand.
