| Abstract: | تعتبر الموارد البشرية المدربة والمؤهلة شرعيا وعمليا، إحدى أهم التحديات التي تواجه البنوك الإسلامية، والدراسة تناولت مفهوم البنوك الإسلامية، خصوصياتها وتحدياتها، الموارد البشرية فيها وكيفية اختيارها، أهميتها في نجاح هذه البنوك. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان واقع وأهمية التدريب في البنوك الإسلامية، من خلال التطرق لبعض البنوك الإسلامية ومدى اهتمامها بإقامة دورات تدريبية لموظفيها، وأهم مجالات التدريب التي شملتها هذه الدورات, بينت النتائج أن هذه البنوك تولي عناية لموردها البشري وتسعى إلى تنميته وتأهيله، وتنوع من الدورات التدريبية من أجل الإلمام بمختلف التطورات في مجال التدريب، وتخصص جزء من نفقاتها لهذا الجانب |
| Description: | Human resources, which are legitimately and practically trained and qualified, are considered to be one of the most important challenges facing Islamic banks. The study dealt with the concept of Islamic banks, their specificities and challenges, human resources and how they are selected in addition to their importance in the success of these banks. This study aims to clarify the reality and importance of training in Islamic banks by addressing some Islamic banks and their interest in setting training courses for their employees as well as the most important training areas covered by these courses. The results showed that these banks pay attention to their human resources, seek their development and qualification, vary the training courses in order to cover various types of developments in the domain of training, and also allocate a part of their expenses to this aspect |
