| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى معرفة مدى تطبيق نظام التسيير الجبائي على مستوى قباضات الضرا ئب لولاية ميلة ومدى مساهمته في تسهيل عملية التحصيل الضريبي، اعتمدنا في د را ستنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال اعتماد فصول نظرية الفصل الأول المتمثل في التحصيل الضريبي و آلياته أما الفصل الثاني يتمثل في نظام التسيير الجبائي في ظل الرقمنة الجبائية في الجزا ئر والفصل الميداني يتمثل في الإستبيان، وقد خلصت الد را سة إلى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها أن الولاية لا تحتوي على مركز ضرا ئب من أجل تطوير نظام التسيير الجبائي. |
| Description: | This study aims to examine the extent of implementation of the tax management system at the level of tax receiverships in the Wilaya of Mila, and its contribution to facilitating the tax collection process. The research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, relying on theoretical chapters. The first chapter addresses tax collection and its mechanisms, while the second focuses on the tax management system within the framework of tax digitization in Algeria. The fieldwork is based on a questionnaire. The study concluded with several findings, the most important of which is that the Wilaya lacks a dedicated tax center to support the development of the tax management system. |
