| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى تقييم فعالية آليات المرا جعة الخارجية في الكشف عن التلاعبات المالية داخل المؤسسات، مع التركيز على الدور الحاسم لمحافظي الحسابات في ضمان صدق وعدالة المعلومات المالية. اعتمدت الد را سة على تحليل بيانات الشركة "X" التي خضعت لمرا جعة فعلية من قبل مكتب محافظ الحسابات محل الد را سة، ما أتاح الفرصة لتقييم أداء المرا جع ومدى كفاءة الأدوات المعتمدة. أظهرت النتائج أن الإجرا ءات التقنية، رغم أهميتها، غير كافية بمفردها للكشف عن حالات الغش المالي، حيث يتطلب الأمر تعزيز استقلالية المحافظين، التزا مهم بالأخلاقيات المهنية، وتطوير قد را تهم التحليلية .كما أوصت الد را سة بضرورة الاستثمار في التكوين المستمر وتهيئة بيئة عمل داعمة لتحسين الأداء المهني . |
| Description: | This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of external audit mechanisms in detecting financial manipulations within institutions, with a focus on the crucial role of auditors in ensuring the truthfulness and fairness of financial information.The study relied on the analysis of data from Company "X", which was actually audited by the audit office under study, allowing for an evaluation of the auditor’s performance and the efficiency of the tools used.The results showed that technical procedures, despite their importance, are not sufficient on their own to detect cases of financial fraud, as the matter requires strengthening the independence of auditors, their commitment to professional ethics, and the development of their analytical abilities.The study also ecommended the need to invest in continuous training and to create a work environment that supports independence and improves professional performance. |
