| dc.description | This study aims to determining the applicability of the new trends of corporate governance by Algeria. The research is determined by studying three sectors in Algeria, the small and medium enterprises sector, the universities sector and the banking sector from the view-point of competent economic professors. (70) professors distributed to a number of national universities. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze questionnaire data based on the averages. The study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which were: There is a high level of application of the new trends of corporate governance in Algeria from the perspective of competent economists in Algeria. There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of respondents to the level of application of corporate govern ance in Algeria, which are attributed to the personal variables which are: gender, age, professional rank, specialization and professional experienceThe study recommends the need to pay attention to the development and mplementation of the mechanisms of applying corporate governance in the different structures in the Algerian banks and universities in order to ensure a good institutional structure or framework for governance in Algeria | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | ســعت هــذه الد ا رســة إلــى تحدیــد مــدى تطبیــق الج ا زئــر للاتجاهــات الحدیثــة لحوكمــة الشــركات، وقــد تحــدد البحث بد ا رسة ثلاث قطاعات في الج ا زئر، قطاع المؤسسات الصغیرة والمتوسطة، قطاع الجامعات، والقطـاع المصرفي، وهذا مـن وجهـة نظـر أسـاتذة الاقتصـاد أصـحاب الاختصـاص، ولتحقیـق أهـداف الد ا رسـة تـم تطـویر استبانه لغرض جمع البیانات من أف ا رد العینة، وبلغ عددها ) (70أستاذ موزع على عدد مـن جامعـات الـوطن، وتـم اسـتخدام الرزمـة الإحصـائیة للعلـوم الاجتماعیـة ) (spssلتحلیـل بیانـات الإسـتبانة، اعتمـادا علـى المتوسطات، وقد توصلت الد ا رسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: یوجد مستوى تطبیق مرتفع للاتجاهات الحدیثة لحوكمة الشركات في الج ا زئر من منظور أسـاتذة الاقتصـاد أصحاب الاختصاص في الج ا زئر؛ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالـة إحصـائیة فـي متوسـطات إجابـات أفـ ا رد العینـة لمسـتوى تطبیـق حوكمـة الشـركات فـي الج ا زئـر والتـي تعـزى للمتغیـر ا ت الشخصـیة والتـي هـي: الجـنس، العمـر، الرتبـة المهنیـة، التخصـص والخبرة المهنیة. وتوصي الد ا رسة بضرورة الاهتمام بتنمیة وتطویر آلیات تطبیق حوكمة الشركات في الهیاكل المختلفة في المن أجل ضمان هیكل أو أیطار مؤسسي جید للحوكمة في الجزائر | en_US |
