Abstract:	تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى إظهار دور بورصات الأو را ق المالية في تمويل الشركات وذلك من خلال تجربة بورصة الجزا ئر، وتستعرض مدى فعالية البورصة في تعبئة الموارد المالية للشركات في ظل القيود التي تواجهها في الوصول إلى التمويل التقليدي وذلك من خلال توفيرها لبدائل تمويلية قائمة على تعبئة الموارد من خلال إصدار الأسهم والسندات. وتوصلت الد را سة إلى أن الشركات المدرجة في بورصة الجزا ئر في الوقت الحالي وعددها ثماني شركات تعتمد على التمويل عبر الأسهم فقط.
Description:	This study aims to highlight the role of financial markets in financing companies, drawing on the experience of the algiers Stock Exchange, It assesses the effectiveness of the stock exchange in mobilizing financial esources for companies, particularly in light of the constraints they face in accessing traditionl financing channels. The study explores the availability of alternative financing mechanisms , specifically through the issuance of shares and bonds .The findings indicate that at present, the companies listed on the Algiers Stock Exchange – Eight in total – rely exclusively on equity financing through shares .
