| Abstract: | تهدف هذه المذكرة الى د را سة الدور المتنامي الذي تؤديه التكنولوجيا المالية في دعم وتعزيز الشمول المالي، وتبرز الدراسة أهمية التكنولوجيا المالية كأداة فاعلة في تجاوز العقبات التقليدية التي تعيق الشمول المالي، مثل تعقيد الإجرا ءات البنكية وذلك عبر حلول رقمية تشمل : المحافظ الالكترونية والدفع عبر الهاتف المحمول، الخدمات الرقمية . التكنولوجيا المالية تمثل را فعة أساسية لتحقيق الشمول المالي ومن أهم الأنشطة لأي مؤسسة تريد الاستمرا ر والنجاح في الأسواق . وهدفت هذه الد را سة إلى معرفة دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تحقيق الشمول المالي من خلال د را سة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزا ئر وتم اعتماد استبيان واستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الملائمة حيث أظهرت الدراسة أن هناك دور كبير تلعبه التكنولوجيا المالية في تحقيق الشمول المالي . |
| Description: | This thesis aims to examine the growing role of financial technology (fintech) in supporting and enhancing financial inclusion. the study highlights the importance of fintech as an effective tool for overcoming traditional barriers to financial inclusion, such as the complexity of banking procedures, by offering digital solutions such as e-wallets, mobile payments, and digital services.Fintech represents a fundamental lever for achieving financial inclusion and is considered one of the most important activities for any institution seeking sustainability and success in the market.The objective of this study is to assess the role of financial technology in promoting financial inclusion through a case study of Algerie telecom a questionnaire was used along with appropriate statistical methods. The findings revealed that fintech plays a significant role in fostering financial inclusion. |
