dc.description	This study aimed to know the role of electronic payment systems in influencing satisfaction of Agriculture and Rural Development bank customers Agency of Mila, The subject of electronic payment systems in terms, concept, importance, dimensions and its relationship to customer satisfaction. Through our field study which conducted on the customers of the bank (84 customers). The study found that the level of customer satisfaction was high with positive evaluation with different degree of impact from one dimension to another, where there was a role for ease of use on customer satisfaction while not yet affecting the cost on the latter.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور نظم الدفع الالكترونية على رضا زبائن بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية وكالة - ميلة- فقد شملت موضوع نظم الدفع الالكترونية من حيث المفهوم الأهمية، الأبعاد وعلاقتها برضا العملاء. ومن خلال دراستنا الميدانية والتي أجريت على عملاء بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية عددهم والمقدر ب: ( )03زبون تبين لنا أن مستوى رضا الزبون كان مرتفعا بتقييم ايجابي مع اختلاف درجة التأثير من بعد لآخر حيث كان هناك دور لبعد سهولة الاستخدام على رضا الزبائن في حين لم يؤثر بعد التكلفة على هذا الأخير	en_US
