dc.description.abstractRecent years have witnessed growing interest in studying organizational climate as a factor influencing the work environment within institutions, particularly in public healthcare institutions, due to its potential role in mitigating organizational conflicts. This study aims to examine the impact of organizational climate across its various dimensions (leadership style, organizational structure, communication, participation in decision-making, and technology) on reducing organizational conflicts at the public healthcare institution Frères Toubal – Mila . The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, using a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool from a sample of 80 employees at the institution. The fieldwork was supported by a theoretical framework based on a review of relevant literature and previous studies .The results revealed no statistically significant impact of organizational climate on reducing organizational conflicts within the studied institution, indicating that the dimensions of organizational climate do not effectively contribute to mitigating conflicts in the given context. The study concluded that reducing these conflicts requires interventions beyond traditional organizational climate dimensions, such as developing internal policies, improving leadership styles, and establishing effective conflict management mechanisms .The study recommended revisiting the existing organizational climate and enhancing it through targeted training programs, as well as strengthening communication channels and increasing employee participation in organizational decision-making.en_US
