Abstract: This study aims to examine the r l » of digitalization in enhancing the quality of educational services in the higher educ’tion sector, with a particular focus on the experience of Master’s students at ’he Institute of Management Sciences, University Center Abdelhafid Boussouf – Mila. The research addresses the theoretical foundations of digitalization—its definition, significance, and requirements—while also exploring the concept o » quality in higher education and its associated standards. Ba e » on the field investigation and a a »ysis’of student responses, the findings indicate that digitalization has contributed to improving several administrative a »d technical aspects, such as fac l »tati’g registration procedures and prov d »ng easier access to academic information. However, it has shown limited effectiveness in fostering p edagogical interaction between students and faculty members. The study also identifies major challenges hindering the e f »ctiv’ implementation of digitalization, including insufficient infrastructure, ’ack of digital training for staff, and ’he limited use of educational platforms. Ultimately, the research concludes that while digitalization holds considerable potential for improving higher education services, it requires stronger institutional support and m eanin gful pedagogical integration to yield sustainable and impactful outcomes.
