| Abstract: | ترتبط إسترا تيجية المحيط الأزرق بقطاع التعليم العالي، من خلال ما تقدمه من منهجية ابتكارية، تهدف إلى تجاوز الأطرالتقليدية التي تحكم عمل الجامعات وفتح مجالات جديدة غير مستغلة، في هذا السياق هدفت هذه الد را سة إلى معرفة دور إسترا تيجية المحيط الأزرق في إعادة بناء حدود صناعة التعليم العالي، من خلال د را سة ميدانية على المركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ميلة. جاءت هذه الد را سة استجابة للتحولات العميقة التي يعرفها قطاع التعليم العالي، والتي تفرض على المؤسسات الجامعية تجاوز الأطر التقليدية، وابتكار مساحات جديدة للتميز بعيدة عن المنافسة التقليدية. وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل المفاهيم النظرية المتعلقة بإسترا تيجية المحيط الأزرق وأدواتها، وكذلك تم استخدام أسلوب الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب التطبيقي، من خلال إجرا ء مقابلات معينة من أساتذة وطلبة المركز الجامعي وتوصلت الد راسة إلى أن إعادة بناء حدود التعليم العالي وفق مبادئ المحيط الأزرق تتطلب مر ا جعة شاملة للعملية التعليمية والأنشطة الإدارية والبيداغوجية، من خلال رفع وإنشاء ما يحقق القيمة الأكاديمية، وخفض أو إلغاء ما يعيق الأداء ولا يلقى قبولا لد الطلبة، بما يعزز من جودة التعليم ويسهم في تحقيق الابتكار والاستدامة داخل المؤسسات الجامعية |
| Description: | The Blue Ocean strategy is linked to the higher education sector through its innovative methodology that aims to overcome the traditional frameworks that govern the work of universities and open new, inseparable fields. This study came in response to the deep transformations known to the higher education sector, which imposes on university institutions to overcome traditional frameworks, and to create new spaces for excellence far from traditional competition.The descriptive, analytical approach to analyzing theoretical concepts related to the Blue Ocean strategy and its tools has been relied upon, as well as the descriptive analytical method inthe applied side, by conducting interviews from professors and students of the university center, and the study concluded that rebuilding the limits of higher education according to the principles of the Blue Ocean requires a comprehensive review of the education process and administrative and pedagogical activities, by raising and creating what achieves academic value, the academy and reduce or cancel what hinders performance and is not accepted bystudents in a manner that enhances the quality of education and contributes to achieving and sustainability within university institutions. |
