Abstract: | The study aimed to identify the impact of digitization on human resources management at the Abdelhafid Bousouf University Center, by analyzing how modern technologies are employed to improve administrative processes related to human resources, such as planning, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. This study was applied to a community consisting of employees at the Abdelhafid Bousouf University Center. A sample of 30 administrators and administrative professors was drawn. A questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data, which was processed using the SPSS26 statistical program. One of the most important results of the study is the presence of a strong direct influence between the independent variable (digitization) and the dependent variable (human resources management) at the university center. One of the most important recommendations reached by the study is to enhance the level of digitization at the university center by developing digital systems and integrating them to include all human resources functions, while providing specialized training programs for employees to raise their efficiency in using these systems. |
