| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مقدار مساهمة برامج التمويل الحكومية في الحد من البطالة في الجزائر خلال الفترة الزمنية ،8002-8002كنموذج الوكالة الوطنية لدعم و تشغيل الشباب ولاية ميمة. وللإجابة عمى الإشكالية استخدمت الدراسة بيانات احصائية من الوكالة الوطنية لدعم و تشغيل الشباب لولاية ميمة، حيث قمنا بدراسة البطالة وتطورها في الجزائر، وأهم برامج التمويل لمعالجتها في الاطار النظري، أما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم تحميل الإحصائيات و المعمومات المتحصل عميها من الدراسة الميدانية بالوكالة الوطنية لدعم و تشغيل الشباب ميمة. وقد خمصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها أن برامج التمويل الحكومية لها فاعمية محدودة عمى احتواء البطالة، وتوفير مناصب الشغل. كما أوصت الدراسة بالعمل إلى أن برامج التمويل الحكومية لم تساهم في الحد من البطالة رغم عدد المشاريع التي مولتها ودخول البنوك كطرف معها، إلا أنها لم تصل إلى المستوى المطموب من أجل توفير مناصب الشغل |
| Description: | This study aimed to find out the extent to which government funding programs contribute to reducing unemployment in Algeria during the period 2008-2017. The National Agency for Youth Support and Employment of Mila is taken as a model. To answer the problem, the study used statistical data from the National Agency for Youth Support and Employment of Mila. Moreover, the study highlighted unemployment and its development in Algeria and the most important funding programs to be addressed in the theoretical framework. While, on the practical side, the statistics and information obtained from the National Agency for Youth Support and Employment were analyzed to reach the goal of the study.The study concluded that the government funding programs have limited effectiveness in containing unemployment and providing jobs, the study also recommended that government funding programs did not contribute to the reduction of unemployment despite the number of projects financed and the entry of banks as a party with them, but did not reach the required level to provide jobs |
