Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role that work pressures play in creating organizational silence, shedding light on the most important concepts related to work pressures and their most important dimensions, and highlighting their relationship to organizational silence from the point of view of the employees and destinies of the Bani Haroun mills Mila ferdjioua.To achieve the objectives of the study, we used the descriptive approach was relied upon on the theoretical side and the case study approach on the applied side, through a uestionnaire that was distributed to a sample of 40 individuals after the data was collected and processed in the SPSS program, The study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which was that there is a statistically significant effect relationship at the significance level of α ≤0.05 a between work pressures and organizational silence in Bani Haroun Ferdjioua Mila It also reached a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which was the development of work stress management programs within economic institutions, through psychological support workshops and training on positive adaptation strategies, enabling employees to deal effectively with various work pressures, and developing a permanent organizational culture based on trust, transparency, and mutual appreciation.It encourages freedom of expression and reduces manifestations of organizational silence resulting from fear, exclusion, or administrative negligence.
