| Abstract: | تعتبر الطاقة في العصر الحدیث من الدعامات الأساسیة للتنمیة الاقتصادیة والاجتماعیة، فقد أصبح نصیب الفرد من الطاقة المستهلكة یعد أحد أهم مؤشرات التقدم، لذلك فقد تزاید الاهتمام بها في السنوات الأخیرة في كثیر من دول العالم ومنها الدول العربیة، كونها تعد أهم المدخلات في مجال التصنیع الذي یتمیز بكثافة استهلاكه للطاقة خاصة في الصناعات التحویلیة. لذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التأكید على أن الدول العربیة وخاصة المصدرة للنفط بحاجة إلى رفع كفاءة التصرف بالموارد والثروات الطبیعیة، من خلال تشجیع استخدام الأسالیب والتقنیات المقبولة اقتصادیا واجتماعیا لتحسین كفاءة الطاقة في القطاع لصناعي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أهمها أن القطاع الصناعي في الدول العربیة المصدرة للنفط یعاني من وجود أنماط غیر مستدامة في إنتاج واستهلاك الطاقة، نتیجة اعتماده الكبیر على المنتجات النفطیة في عملیات التصنیع وهو ما بینته المؤشرات المستخدمة، كما اتضح لنا من هذه المؤشرات توافر فرص كبیرة لتحقیق وفورات ملموسة من خلال البرامج والسیاسات المسطرة في القطاع الصناعي بالدول العربیة المصدرة للنفط |
| Description: | Energy in modern times is one of the main pillars of economic and social development. Consumption per capita consumption is one of the most important indicators of progress. In recent years, Especially in the anufacturing industries. The aim of this study is to emphasize that Arab countries, especially oil exporters, need to increase the efficiency of the disposal of resources and natural resources by encouraging the use of economically and socially acceptable methods and techniques To improve energy efficiency in the industrial sector The study found that the industrial sector in the Arab oil exporting countries suffers from unsustainable patterns of production and consumption of energy due to its great dependence on petroleum products in manufacturing operations.
