| Abstract: | تتناول الدراسة مشكلة تقدير الكفاءة الفنية للمؤسسة الإسنشفائية "الإخوة مغلاوي " بولاية –ميلة- خلال الفترة 1122-1122بإستخدام أسلوب تحليل مغلف البيانات ( ،)DEAبذلك فهي تهدف إلى توضيح مفهوم الكفاءة الإقتصادية ومعرفة أفضل الطرق لقياسها، وتحديد الوحدات الأكثر والأدنى كفاءة واقتراح التحسينات المطلوبة، وقد قمنا بوضع الفرضيات التالية: الكفاءة الإقتصادية هي الكيفية المثلى لإستعمال الموارد المتاحة في عملية الإنتاج، الكفاءة الفنية هي تحويل مدخلات الإنتاج إلى مخرجات بأفضل أداء، وقد تم الإعتماد على أسلوب تحليل مغلف البيانات ( )DEAبإستخدام البرنامج الرياضي ( )MAXDEA6.0وقد تبنت الد ا رسة المنهج الوصفي في الإطار النظري والتحليلي في الجانب التطبيقي وقد أسفرت النتائج النهائية عن تمتع المؤسسة الإستشفائية "الإخوة مغلاوي" بكفاءة كاملة في السنوات 1122 ،1122 ،1122 ،1122بكلا التوجهين الإدخالي والإخراجي، ووفقا لكلا النموذجين فإن سنة 1122هي السنة الأقل كفاءة مما يستدعي جهد أكثر من أجل تحقيق كفاءة تامة. وفي الأخير تم تحديد التحسينات اللازمة من جهة تخفيض المدخلات ومن جهة زيادة المخرجات للسنوات غير الكفأة حتى تصل إلى حد الكفاءة |
| Description: | The study deals with the problem of estimating technical efficiency of the MEGHLAOUI BROTHERS HOSPITAL during the period 2011-2018 using the method Data Envelopement Analysis.it aimes at clarifying the concept of economic efficiency. Identifying the most efficient units and propositing the required mprovements. We have developed the following assumptions economic efficiency is the best way to use available resources in the production process .thecnical efficiency is the conversion of output inputs into outputs with the best performance.we has been based on the method Data Envelopement Analysis using the program matematics (MAXDEA6.0). the study adopted the descriptive method in the theoretical and analytical framework in the applied side .the results of the hospital’s are full efficiency in the years 2011.2016.2017.2018 in both models bcc and ccr. According to the two models,2014 is the year least efficient wich requires more effort to achieve full efficiency.finally ,improvements were identified in terms of reducing inputs and increasing outputs for inefficient years until they reach efficiency |
