Abstract

Legal protection of the public employee in Algerian legislation.The topic of legal protection for the public employee in Algerian law is one of the important topics that demonstrates the extent of the legislator's interest in employee rights and the effectiveness of administrative performance, given the role played by the public service. This study aims to shed light on the employee's rights, either professional or social, and to analyze the disciplinary action and guarantees of legal protection. The study relied on the analytical method to interpret legal texts and the descriptive approach to present the general framework of the public service.The study showed that the Algerian comprehensive legislation balanced the employee's rights and duties and sought to protect them within a fair legal framework.
