Abstract

A legal study of the issue of environmental protection by the administrative bodies responsible for this is essential to understanding contemporary environmental challenges such as pollution and the déplétion of natural resources, in order to find sustainable solutions that guarantee human health and the safety of osystems, In Algerian legislation, the status of the environment is evident in the legislator’s allocation of Law No. 03-10 relating to environmental protection within the framework of sustainable development, in addition to laws related to the field of providing environmental protection and safety for all protected elements, such as Law No. 02-02 relating to coastal protection and enhancement, Law No. 01- 19 including waste management and many other laws that contribute to serving the ecosystem, In addition to the effective role played by dministrative bodies through their duties and powers, each within the limits of its jurisdiction and within the framework of the regulatory laws related to it .
