| Description: | The process of worker training is of great importance in developing the competencies of employees and improving the performance of institutions. It's considered an absolute necessity for organizations to adopt in order to ensure their continuity and competitiveness in the ever-changing labor market. Throughout this thesis, we analyzed the legal texts regulating this process, the rights and obligations of both the worker and the employer in this regard, in addition to the challenges facing this process. The study affirms that the success of the legal framework largely depends on the effective application of its provisions, calling for updating programs and strengthening partnerships to ensure training that keeps pace with continuous developments. |
