Already this survey is compromised that she govemmentale treaty is affected superficially on both economical and social dimensions of the standing development and there is a counter relation ship with the natural dimension which realized by the govermmental treaty and this assimilate the re-framing of political treaties in Algeria in the form that subscribing with it in energising the dimensions of the standing developement |
