| Abstract: | للتعليمية مخرجات محددة تستخدم كمؤشرا ت لقياس مدى فعالية العملية التعليمية لأنها تهتم بد را سة التفاعلات والعلاقات المعقدة بين مختلف العناصر التي تتداخل أثناء سيرورة التعليم والتعلم داخل القسم لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة والمسطرة في المنهاج الد را سي، وعليه أصبحت أداة مركزية لترجمة الجهود البيداغوجية إلى نتائج ملموسة وقابلة للتقويم بما يضمن تحسين الأداء التربوي وضمان جودة التعلم. وقد أسهم ظهور شبكات ومقاربات متعددة تهدف إلى تعزيز التفاعل الصفي، في معرفة وتصنيف وظائف المعلم داخل الصف وتقسيم مدى تنوعها وفاعليتها، وذلك من خلال التركيز على ديناميات التواصل بين المعلم والمتعلمين وتوظيف التقنيات الحديثة في دعم التعلم وبناء بيئات التعليمية أكثر تفاعلية، ومن أبرز هذه الشبكات نجد وشبكة دولندشير وبايير التي حظيت باهتمام واسع في الأوساط التربوية نظرا لفعاليتها في ملاحظة وتحليل سيرورة التعليم داخل الفصل الد را سي، كما تسعى إلى وصف وتفكيك الوظائف التي يقوم بها المدرس إلى مهام متكاملة وتشمل التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقسيم والتقييم والتفاعل التربوي |
| Description: | Educational outcomes have specific outcomes used as indicators to measure the effectiveness of the ducational process, as they focus on studying the complex interactions and relationships between the various elements that overlap during the teaching and learning process within the classroom to achieve the desired goals outlined in the curriculum. Accordingly, they have become a central tool for translating pedagogical efforts into tangible, evaluable results, ensuring improved educational performance and quality learning.The emergence of multiple networks and approaches aimed at enhancing classroom interaction has contributed to understanding and classifying the teacher's functions within the classroom and dividing their diversity and effectiveness. This is achieved by focusing on the dynamics of communication between the teacher and learners and employing modern technologies to support learning and build more interactive educational environments. Among the most prominent of these networks is the Doland-Scher-Bayer network, which has received widespread attention in educational circles due to its effectiveness in observing and analyzing the educational process within the classroom. It also seeks to describe and break down the functions performed by the teacher into integrated tasks, including planning, implementation, division, evaluation, and educational interaction. |
