| Abstract: | تطورت الصكوك لتكون أداة فعالة لإدارة أ رس المال والنمو، وتزايد الطلب العالمي عليها كأحد أهم الأدوات المالية الإسلامية التي تساهم في تمويل المشاريع الكبرى، وخاصة مشاريع البنية التحتية. والكثير من الجهات بدأت بالاعتماد على سوق الأوا رق المالية الإسلامية كمصدر من مصادر التمويل بهدف زيادة العائد وتنويع الاستثمار، مما يوفر المزيد من الدينامية للنظام المالي الإسلامي، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الصكوك في تطوير السوق المالي الإما ا رتي وذلك خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين(:0220 .)م0202- وقد خلصت الد ا رسة إلى أن الصكوك تحتل مكانا مهما في السوق المالي الإما ا رتي، خصوصا خلال الفترة ما بين: (0202- 0202م)، إلا أن التعامل بالصكوك المحلية وذات آجال الاستحقاق المختلفة محدود جدا، فقد اقتصر التعامل في الغالب على الصكوك المقومة بالدولار الأمريكي وذات آجال الاستحقاق المتوسطة. |
| Description: | Sukuk developed to be an effective tool to manage capital and growth, and increasing global demand as one of the most important Islamic financial instruments that contribute in the financing of major projects, especially infrastructure projects. A lot of actors began relying on the stock market of the Islamic finance as a source of funding in order to increase yield and diversify the investment, which provides a more dynamic Islamic financial system. This study aims to highlight the role of sukuk in the development of the UAE financial market during the period between: (2000 -2018). The study concluded that sukuk occupy an important place in the financial arket of the UAE, especially during the period between: )2015 -2018(. However, handle sukuk, local and maturities is very limited, it has been proposed to deal mostly in sukuk denominated in U.S. dollars and maturities available |
