Abstract

This research aimed to know the impact of the digital transformation requirements in its dimensions (administrative and organizational requirements, technical and security requirements, human requirements, financial requirements) on the excellence of the hospital institution services in the state of Mila.To achieve objectives the research, we designed a questionnaire to collect primary data from a sample consisting of (70) employees at the Ibn Toubal Brothers Hospital in the state of Mila. The research data was processed and analyzed and the research hypotheses were tested according to the descriptive analytical approach, and using the statistical tools provided by the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (spss.22).The most Important founding of this research is the significant impact of the availability of digital transformation requirements (administrative and organizational requirements, technical and security requirements, human requirements, financial requirements) on the excellence of the services of the Bin Toubal Brothers Hospital institution in Mila at a significant level (α ≤ 0.05). The research also found that The availability of administrative and organizational requirements is the most influential dimension in distinguishing a hospital institution’s services from other dimensions.
