dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to clarify the impact relationship between the development of human resource competencies and job performance in the economic institution from the perspective of managers and employees of Algeria Telecom, Mila Wilaya. It highlights the key concepts related to the development of human competencies, their methods, and how to improve employee performance within the institution.To achieve the study's objectives, a questionnaire was formulated consisting of three sections: the first section deals with personal data, the second section focuses on the methods of developing human resource competencies in the institution, and the third section is dedicated to job performance. Thirty questionnaires were subjected to the study after data was collected and processed using the SPSS statistical program. The study concluded with several findings, the most significant of which was that there is no impact relationship between the development of human competencies and job performance. The study also provided several recommendations, the most important being urging economic institutions to develop their human resources competencies as a process that contributes to improving employee job performance within the institution. | en_US |
